First off, the GRATTO cd "Anakin Tumnus" , released in October of 2002, has sold over 500 copies in four months time. Positive reviews from many online and print prog 'zines and a strong word-of-mouth buzz in the prog community are to thank. PMM wishes to thank everyone who has picked up a copy of the GRATTO cd and all of the distributors, retailers and prog-press who have helped get the word out to people. If you haven't checked out the GRATTO yet, please check our sound samples out found elsewhere on this site.
With the continually declining prospect of having independently owned record stores around due to the infiltration of huge chain stores we must applaud Graham's Records and Collectibles who are actually doing more than surviving but actually thriving in this turbulent retail climate. It is with that in mind that PMM has chosen to make Graham's our exculsive local retail outlet for all of our CD releases from Leger de Main to GRATTO! Feel free to stop into their store located in Erie on the corner of 26th st. and Cherry right by R&R Music and Dairy Mart. Ask for Mike and he'll be glad to play a copy of the GRATTO cd for you. In addition to our music, you can find thousands of records, tapes and CDs, many of which are hard to find elsewhere, in their huge store. So, if you're in Erie and need to pick up a GRATTO cd, head to Graham's Tuesday - Saturday and get your bad self a copy now!
GRATTO members Chris and Brett Rodler were invited to take part in an online chat at Seismic Radio as the GRATTO material received some airplay. Online at the same time were the Cleveland based prog-metal band Archetype who was also being played on the show. The online event was a first for the Rodlers and, although the chat was not limited to talking to the band or focused on any one topic but rather a free for all kind of format, it was enjoyable and exciting. Hopefully, as the GRATTO CD takes off there will be more offers to do similar kinds of internet events. Thanks to Zeeshan for having the Bros. Rodler on Seismic Radio.
